The Dixie Elixirs sell their products only for people with income, the prescription of marijuana for medical practice is legal in 14 U.S. states
The goal is to provide manufacturers of the effects associated with use of the plant without the need to smoke. The company said the main goal is to allow patients to enjoy without the stigma often associated with smoking pot – or, as the site itself states, allows the drink “to enjoy with discretion” and is “convenient, discreet and powerful.”
The refrigerant is available in eight flavors:
- lemonade,
- sweet tea,
- pink lemonade,
- strawberry,
- orange,
- grape,
- watermelon with mint and beer (the latter a stronger dose, potent, plant).
The company warns that the drink can be used alone or combined with other medical marijuana treatments. According to the website, the process of carbonation of soda (when carbon dioxide is dissolved) would bring faster relief to patients.
The drink comes in recyclable bottles and can only be sold on submission of revenue. It is estimated that in the United States, half a million people have approval for medical marijuana.
It held that California in November a plebiscite to decide whether or not to legalize the sale and use of the plant for medicinal purposes does not (so-called recreational marijuana). If approved, the release would allow statewide Dixie Elixirs consumed without prescription.
