According to a Chinese site named cnBeta (Google Translate), they have managed to get their hands on Internet Explorer 9 beta via an inside link in Microsoft.
This leaked beta looks very much like IE8, but it is expected get a complete change over before the final release. However, some changes have been noticed in IE9 beta, such as, Google Chrome like popular site page. Moreover, Download Manger has also got a new look in IE9 beta.
Final version of IE9 is officially announced to release sometime in September 2010, and according to rumors date is September 2.
