Google Earth, the 3D map application from Google enables a user to view things like cities, monuments and houses looking perpendicularly down or at an oblique angle, in simple words a 3D view. Now with the latest version, users will now be able to monitor real-time rain and snow fall in certain parts of the world.
To view the real-time data you must enable the cloud layer in the application and then zoom in your location where its raining or snowing. Since the monitoring is in real-time it will be very helpful to get weather information around the globe. This weather simulation service adds flavor to the already mesmeric Google Earth application.
Unfortunately, the service is available only in certain part of North Americaand Europe. If you want to confirm where actually the said service is actually available just enable the radar layer in Google Earth.
