BSNL will pay full licence fees for the 3G spectrum allocated to the state-owned telecom operator, a source close to BSNL said today.
“BSNL has enough cash to pay the full spectrum fees...without any concession from the government,“ the source told reporters at The Telecom Awards 2010.
