LG Electronics Enters in to B2B Tech Space In India.

LG Electronics is entering into  business solutions segment in India. Korean consumer Company announced its eyeing revenu worth Rs 1,000 crore by the end of 2014 in to  various B2B deals in government and private sectors.Kwon, president  of South West Asia region & managing director of LG Electronics India shared, that "We are highly confident that LG Business Solutions finds right fitment in the Indian B2B market" Targeting a 25 per cent year-on-year growth from this vertical. LG India also plans to invest Rs 800 crore on R&D including development of more products in the B2B vertical.

Kwon informed that the company will sell 30 per cent of the total product offering directly and the remaining through channel partners.

LG India isl offering digital devices and solutions for quick service restaurants, education, retails, hotels, office and banking businesses under this vertical. These solutions include digital menu boards for restaurants, digital signages for retail outlets and malls, room infotainment and digital signages for hotels, video conferencing solutions, commercial displays and surveillance cameras.


“Two years ago, LG picked up this vertical as a growth engine. Since then, we have been developing new and innovative solutions to serve this. This is an outcome of those R&D processes took over in centres including India,” Kwon added.
