one of the salient features of the Ekokook kitchen concept is the waste management system, that is composed of state of the art systems of cleaning and filtration. These highly innovative system will provide the consumers with elements such as a steel ball to crush the broken glass, cutter for waste paper and will also be able to squeeze various cans and plastic bottles. Another waste management process includes the use of earthworms, that are stored in the third compartment of Ekokook and help in the processing of organic waste.
