Lexus has revealed the 2011 IS While it looks virtually identical to the 2010 IS.The model features restyled wheels, modified taillights, and LED daytime running lights on cars equipped with high-intensity discharge headlights.

- Accelaration from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 10.2 seconds,
- Average 55.4 mpg (imp) in the combined cycle,
- Emit 134 grams of CO2 per kilometer.
The V6 engine, in the IS 250 and IS 250C, has been modified to meet the stringent Euro V emissions standards. Despite the changes, it still produces 205 bhp (153 kW / 208 PS) and 252 Nm (186 lb-ft) of torque. In the sedan, combined fuel consumption climbs to 33.6 mpg (up from 31.7 mph) while CO2 emissions fall to 194 g/km (down from 209 g/km). For the convertible, the figures are 30.7 mpg and 213 g/km. Sadly, the six-speed manual will be dropped.
