Profile Description:
Handling calls
. Identify, troubleshoot, and analyze computer related issues.
. Recommended and implemented complete desktop solutions.
. Performed upgrades, installation of Norton Antivirus software and drivers and essential desktop troubleshooting

Salary upto 3.5 lacs+(incentives 0-15000)
